How we work
Most agencies describe their process in three vague words: discover, design, develop. Here's what actually happens, stage by stage, from the first email to the day we hand the project over — so you know what you're agreeing to before you agree to it.
Stage by stage
Enquiry
You tell us what you're building and roughly what budget band you're in.
We reply within one business day.
Written estimate
We turn that into a fixed-scope estimate, in writing, before anything is agreed.
Typically within 2–5 business days of the enquiry, depending on scope.
Discovery & scoping
Once you accept the estimate and the deposit is paid, we run a scoping session to lock the detail: what's in, what's out, what the architecture looks like.
Kickoff call in week one.
Design & build
Design (where in scope) and development run in weekly cycles, with working software to look at every week, not a status report.
Weekly check-in, async updates between.
Testing & launch
Before anything goes live, it's tested against the agreed scope and deployed to a staging environment first.
Daily contact during launch week.
Handover & support
You get a documented handover — architecture notes, credentials, a maintenance guide — and, where agreed, an ongoing support retainer.
30-day post-launch check-in, then the agreed retainer cadence.
