Fixed timeline, fixed price
MVP & Startup Product Development
A scoped, launchable v1 in a fixed 8–12 week window, at a fixed, known price — built to survive contact with real users and investors.
What's included
Who it's for
Pre-seed and seed founders on a fixed runway
You need something real to show investors or first customers, on a budget you can plan around.
Technical founders who don't have time to build it themselves
You know what you want; you need hands to build it fast.
Non-technical founders who've never worked with developers before
We'll scope it with you, in plain language, before anything is built.
How we work on this
The whole engagement runs on a fixed 8–12 week clock, agreed upfront. Scoping is about deciding what genuinely needs to exist for v1 and cutting the rest — hard, but it's what keeps the timeline and the price fixed.

What we commit to
You own the code and the IP.
Everything we build transfers to you on completion and payment — no licensing traps, no dependency on us to keep running your own product.
Senior engineers only.
Every person on your engagement is senior. Nobody junior is billed at a senior rate, and nobody senior pitches the work only to hand it to a team you never meet.
EU-based, GDPR-native.
We operate under Portuguese and EU law, in your timezone, with data handling that's GDPR-compliant by construction, not by afterthought.
A written estimate before we start.
You get a written, fixed-scope estimate before any work begins — not a verbal ballpark, not a moving target.
Common questions
Can you really deliver an MVP in 8–12 weeks?
For an MVP scoped to what an MVP is actually for — yes, that's a real range, not a sales number. The discipline is in the scoping workshop: cutting the build to the core flows that prove or disprove your idea, and holding that line once the build starts.
What happens after the MVP launches?
You own it outright, with one round of post-launch fixes included. From there, most founders either keep building with us on a fixed-scope basis as the roadmap grows, move to team augmentation once they've raised and are hiring, or take the codebase and run with an in-house team — all three are fine outcomes, and none of them require us.
How does payment work?
A fixed-scope engagement starts with a signed statement of work and a deposit of 30% of the first phase; the rest is billed against milestones. Retainers and team augmentation are billed monthly. Full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the service: an MVP typically runs 8–12 weeks, a full custom software or web application build 10–18 weeks, a code audit 2–4 weeks. Your written estimate states the specific timeline for your scope, not a generic range.
